If a student misses the test date, the student has one week from the original test date to complete the test. Tests are kept at the front desk in the testing file and only for designated testing time. See the Office Coordinator for test.

If the student does not comply with this policy, the teacher may reserve the right to pull the test from the testing file. The teacher may also write a recommendation for the student to take the set of classes over, or obtain a tutor, before retaking the test. Educational make up forms and tutor lists can be obtained from Education Director.

• All quizzes, tests and exams must be turned in before midterms or finals are given.
• Attendance requirement of 90% must be met to be eligible to take the final examination for class. Educational contract may need to be drawn to meet this requirement.
• Practical examinations, midterms, and final grades are considered final. The final grade is weighted equally between the final practical and final written examination.
• If a student misses a practical examination date, the student must see the Education Director to contract a makeup date. The student is responsible to pay for practical exam date if missed.

Grade and Attendance Reports
The Education Director keeps grades and attendance. At the end of each month, a grade and attendance report is given to each student. If attendance in a class is below the 90% requirement, an educational makeup form will accompany the report. If the grade is below the 80% requirement, a recommendation for educational review may be given. It is the student’s responsibility to maintain 90% of attendance and maintain grades at 80%. It is the student’s responsibility to make up classes and grades.

Student Supplies
MSM supplies students with required workbooks and textbooks, massage insurance for class and oil/ lotion and sheets for student clinic. Massage table usage is available in the Massage Clinic and in class.

Students are responsible for supplying their own notebooks, pencils, pens, oil/lotion and sheets for class. Estimated cost: $20 - $30.
Please bring a set of cotton twin sheets, (preferably one flat and one fitted) and a pillowcase to all bodywork classes. Students will need to purchase their own massage table if they choose not to schedule
homework massages at the school.

Lending Library
MSM lending library is located in the Massage Clinic lounge at 127 East Main suite 214. All books and articles are to remain on school property at all times. Students, Faculty, Staff and Public are welcome to read all materials at the school in the classrooms if there are no classes present, or in the lounge located in 127 East Main.
